Shalem Homes does not solicit new business and does not advertise. The practice is operating at capacity for the foreseeable term, and Mr Shalem is presently unable to accept new client introductions.

New engagements are considered, when capacity permits, only by personal introduction from one of the following:

• An existing or former client of the practice;
• The principal of a private bank, family office, or wealth advisor with whom the practice has an established working relationship;
• A property lawyer or tax counsel known personally to Mr Shalem.

Unsolicited approaches are respectfully but uniformly declined and are not retained on file.
